Yet, as this video dates back to 2008 and as investors are hard to find, the project has been more or less abandoned in 2010. Some might be relieved that the Russians are no longer "threatening" to buy up all the UK, as one youtube user commented, but the local puplation sure would have prefered benefiting from the employment generated by this investment.
