Energy for the UK (2) : Price to pay

Energy prices may be perceived in different ways according to their presentation.

For instance, this chart suggests a quiet decent price level for the UK, situated more or less in the middle:

But while this chart has been created by Energy UK, a "communications unit for the leading gas and electricity companies", the national statistics for the UK are different. In fact, the British Department of Energy and Climate Change declares that electricity prices are rather high in the UK:
